Mr. Shafer began his performing career in Conroe High School's choir his senior year. He fell in love with the stage. He went on to recieve a scholarship for vocal performance to Panola College. From there he went on to a career with Walt Disney Entertainment where he performed in over 30 different roles, numerous parades and shows, traveled, and appeared on television. He also was honored to be a part of a major motion picture; Courageous, and a short film. He spends his time now performing for the local community theatres in Conroe. He recently won a Montie Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical for his role in the play Young Frankenstein. He is very excited to join the Irons family and looks forward to teaching theatre!
